Yes my life began with animals and was always centred around them as a kid. But I took a fun and mini detour in my 20s until the animals brought me back to nature, to playing with what’s possible, exploring my ‘sensitivities’ more deeply to now running a thriving holistic dog business as an animal intuitive and zoopharmacognosy mentor.
You just got to follow those pulls. Those nudges. The curiosities. Life is an ever unfolding self discovery adventure and the best way is YOUR way.

“I didn’t know you had a podcast”
Said to me TWICE this week by 2 of my animal communication and zoopharmacognosy mentees!

Life is a feedback loop so I’m taking that to be an obvious sign to shout about it.

It’s UNSCRIPTED and AUTHENTIC and we talk ALL things dog, life, nature, plants, healing, growth.

We are 3 dog mums, intuitives, professionals who just love to have our cake AND eat it.
Just like dogs.

Doing the things we love, questioning the rhetoric about the dog human relationship and so much more.

We have sometimes guest speakers, we open up the floor to answer your questions.
And we cut NOTHING

So expect controversy, hilarity, silliness, honesty, wisdom and just 3 good friends chatting and sharing our stories.

I’m not a homeopathic vet (another lifetime maybe) and I would highly recommend working with one if your dog has a chronic health condition . They’re absolute gold.
But for little things that can be supported at home, this little kit from Helios is brill.
Darcy shows me what she needs and I honour that and simply stay present and watch for feedback.
It was so cute how she came to show me her leg, and then booped the remedy she preferred.
It’s blooming brilliant!

This is a VERY cool and exciting FREE opportunity for you and your dog......

I'm looking for a small number of dogs to take part as case studies with my mentorship students, who are training in canine zoopharmacognosy (self-selection with plant medicine).

Your dog would receive 1–2 free sessions, working with a fully supervised student under my guidance.
It is all done remotely over Zoom, so wherever you are in the UK you can take part.
The only cost is the fee to cover the cost of the botanical samples posted out to you before the session.

This is a brilliant opportunity to witness your dog engage with the process of choosing their own essential oils, herbs and hydrosols. And to get hands on with the offering experience.
It's gentle, entirely led by your dog, and every session is supervised by me and my mentee from start to finish.

Another FABULOUS Zoopharmacognosy practitioner out in world. Thank-you Helen, it's been an honour, a blast and I KNOW you're going to make big fat juicy ripples with all of the dogs and clients that come your way. Helping them listen, witness, be guided, dive into the healing properties of the botanicals, the relationship between dog and human, the reflections, the energy work, the endless possibilities that this 'work' can create.
