What a joy to groom this little bundle of energy 🐕! She loves to come in and give lots of kisses 💋, she's not a fan of her feet 🐾 trimming, but that's okay; we work through it with lots of patience 😌 and kisses 😘.

He is a sproodle who pops in for grooming. He loves getting a bit messy, so his ears can get a little tangled. We decided to try out a shorter ear style on him, and we think he looks super handsome!

Hey everyone, just a friendly reminder to please be super careful in this heat! We've got air con and bowls of water, and we're using the dryers on a cool setting. Your pups might come home a little damp because we're trying not to overdo it with the dryers. Stay cool!

How beautiful is Lola the Golden Retriever? ❤️🐾

At Shampooch, we love helping our furry friends look and feel their best. Lola's mum and dad adore her natural coat, so today we focused on a pampering maintenance groom rather than a full trim.

She enjoyed a luxurious bath, blow dry, de-shed treatment, nail clip, hygiene tidy, and a paw tidy. Just enough to keep her comfortable, clean, and looking absolutely stunning while maintaining her beautiful natural look.

We think you'll agree—Lola is gorgeous! 🥰✨

☀️ Hot Weather Reminder ☀️

Once again, we would like to remind all customers not to take their dogs for long walks before their grooming appointment and not to walk them to the salon in the current heat.

While we have air conditioning, fresh water, and cooling mats available to help keep dogs comfortable during their visit, these measures can only do so much if a dog arrives already overheated or struggling.

The health and welfare of your dog is always our priority. If we feel that a dog is showing signs of heat stress or is not fit to be groomed safely, we reserve the right to refuse the appointment.

Please note that in these circumstances, our cancellation policy will still apply and a 50% charge will be due if we believe the situation could have been avoided by following our advice.

To help keep dogs comfortable during hot weather, some dogs may leave the salon slightly damp in certain areas. This allows us to reduce the amount of time spent using dryers and helps prevent unnecessary heat exposure.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep your dogs safe during this hot weather. 🐾❤️
