Hey everyone!
Thank you all so much for being patient with me while I’m trying to organise appointments this last week. I’ve just done a count and I’ve still got 58 people left to talk to with appointments between 5th Nov and Christmas. If you have not yet received a message or spoken to me about the shop move, could you please message me? I know not everyone is on Facebook so I will be in touch with everyone left on my list on Sunday. It would just massively help me out if I checked a few more off my list before then! Thank you all ❤️

Polite notice:
I’m still getting round to messaging everyone about the move. I understand everyone is busy however I’m still waiting on lots of people to message me back. This not only holds me up messaging other clients to confirm their appointments but also holds appointments from other people if you know you can’t make it to me in Kingswinford.
If I don't hear from you within 48 hours, I'll try calling. If no response after that then unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled.
This is my full time job and unfortunately I just don’t have the time to chase people for a text back. If you are unsure please just drop me a message, thank you everyone ❤️

Hey everyone, I have some very exciting news to share! 🎉

As of Tuesday, 5th November, I will be moving to a brand new location - into a shop! 🐾
I am thrilled to take this next step in growing the business, and I can’t wait to welcome you all to the new space.

Even more exciting, I’m teaming up with Stacey from thecanine_beautician
Together we will be re-branding as Plush Pets! 🐕✨
A new website and social media page will be launching soon, so stay tuned for updates. We’re excited to bring you an even better grooming experience under our new name. All of your dogs will still be groomed by me, same for Stacey who has her own customers,

I’ll be reaching out to everyone personally over the next few weeks to confirm and adjust any appointments you’ve booked up until Christmas. This is a busy time, so I really appreciate your patience while I get in touch with each of you.

If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to drop a comment below - this way, everyone can see the answers. For those of you who might find the new location too far or difficult to reach, please don’t hesitate to let me know if you’d like to cancel any upcoming appointments. I understand this new location will be difficult for some and I completely appreciate that.

Important note: As part of this move, there will be a £10 increase per dog/cat for services starting from the move-in date. This adjustment is necessary to ensure I can continue providing the best care and grooming your pets deserve. I truly appreciate your understanding on this.

Thank you once again for all of your support. It means the world to me, and I can’t wait to share this exciting new chapter with you all! ❤️🐾

Well the time has come around so soon, it’s a big one this year,

Can you believe I started up Hope’s Hounds…
5 WHOLE YEARS AGO?!

I’m so fortunate to be so unbelievably busy with everyone’s dogs. I love each and every one of them and they’re what keep me going every day. So a massive thank you to all of you for continuing to support me and trust me to give your dogs the best care possible

Many of you will have seen I’ve made the shampoo switch over to ivsanbernarduk 💚🤍❤️
They’re more than just a shampoo company, they’re dedicated to make the best possible products to really give their groomer clients the best so that we can give that to your dogs. They also have a very nice scissor range that I plan to sink my fingers into!

Yet again a massive thank you to everyone who makes my little Hope’s Hounds dream a reality every single day. Here’s to 5 years today and many more successful years in the future 💖
