Lately, I’ve had a significant increase in "no-shows," and I wanted to share a bit about how that affects my small business.
When a pup doesn’t show up for their transformation, it leaves a big hole in my day—not just in my schedule, but in my heart (and my bottom line!). As a solo groomer, I set aside specific time for your furry friend to ensure they get the best care possible.
I know life happens! If you can’t make it, please just give me a heads-up. It allows me to fill that spot with a dog on my waiting list who is itching for a bath. 🛁
