‼️ Important Notice to All Clients ‼️
Starting 1st March 2025 there will be a small increase to my prices. I haven’t increased prices in 3 years and this change is now necessary to keep up with rising costs and to continue investing in top-quality products and equipment—ensuring your pets receive the best care they deserve.
Going forward, pricing will vary based on factors such as:
✅ Time required for the grooming session
✅ Time since your pet’s last appointment
✅ Behaviour of your pet during grooming, including any injuires sustained during grooming (e.g., biting)
✅ Coat condition and additional care needed (if matted etc)
✅ Styling requirements (e.g., simple trim vs. detailed scissor work)
To ensure fairness for all clients and to keep my schedule running smoothly, I want to clarify these policies:
🔹 Cancellations & Reschedules
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will require full payment.
Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours will require a £20 cancellation fee to be paid.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, full payment will also be required, as I may not be able to complete the groom in the remaining time.
When I am fully booked, I may not be able to fit you back in right away. I always do my best to accommodate where possible, but I kindly ask for consideration when scheduling.
All fee’s will require to be paid before another booking is made.
I have been very lenient over the past year, often not charging when I should have, but unfortunately, this has had a big impact on my business.
🔹 Payment Policy
Payment is due at or before collection.
Unfortunately, too many clients have promised to pay later but never do, which results in me having to chase payments. If this happens multiple times, I will have to refuse future appointments.
🔹 Fleas
If your pet arrives with fleas, I cannot proceed with their groom. This affects the health and safety of all pets in my care and requires me to deep clean and disinfect my salon, resulting in lost income and rescheduled appointments for other clients.
If I discover fleas during the appointment, a £30 flea fee will be added on top of the grooming price to cover the additional time and products required.
If you suspect your dog may have fleas, please let me know in advance so we can reschedule.
These policies are in place to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for all pets while ensuring my business can continue to operate effectively.
