Meet D’jango. This beautiful boy is an Italian greyhound x whippet and he’s been to stay for his trial night.

Silly me thought it was D’jango having a trial night but no… it was us!!

A handy human to tuck in a cosy blanket as and when required✔️
Allowed in the human’s bed at 3am ✔️

Phew! I think we succeeded!

After Leo’s successful claiming of the stuffed pheasant from Teddy, he looks like the cat who got the cream!

Not so much home boarders as Scottish Borders for us this past week… back home now from the beaches and castles, and ready to welcome our next doggy guest.

Let the endless washing of muddy paws and towels commence… winter here we come! 🤣

Happy Birthday to Robin, aka the holiday dad to all of our boarders.

The one who gives reassurance, comfort and support when it’s needed.

Always there with a welcoming lap, a warm hug, a gentle stroke, and a kind word, making each and every dog feel safe and at home.

Wishing you the happiest of birthdays Robin. You deserve it! 🥳

Being a sight hound, Arti was quite overwhelmed in his new surroundings when he arrived for his sleepover yesterday.

So we decided to focus his attention on YouTube’s Dog TV… it was a big hit!!

When Arti’s mum asked us to board a saluki x couch potato I was a little hesitant… as you will know, we don’t board large dogs.

But then she told me about Arti’s horrific start in life, leading to injuries that still impact him many years on.

This gentle giant’s mum and dad literally saved his life and have given him the loving home and family that he deserves.

After having him for a trial sleepover and falling for this beautiful soul, how could we possibly say no to having him stay… we just couldn’t.

There’s so much joy in everything when you’re a puppy… Leo had fun, and the beetle managed to make a quick getaway 🤗🤗

Look who’s back!

I may not be fluent in French, but that doesn’t stop Lance from enjoying his stays with us (croissants not included!)

I think Lance was happy to be back for his latest holiday with us… this boy is pure joy in dog form 🤗

Tatty was one year old when she first came to stay with us, eight years later and she still chases her ball with the energy and enthusiasm of a one year old.

As with many of our boarders, Robin is her firm favourite… he’s the best ball thrower by a mile, and if Tatty chooses to sleep by anyone’s feet it will always be her beloved Robin’s.

See you when you return next year Tats.
