We have 2 retirement Full livery spaces available from the first week in July for full retirement livery non ridden.
Mare or gelding (no stallions), with 24/7 all year turnout.

Perfect for one owner with two horses, or two seperate owners, but preferably to arrive at the same time, as they will be sharing their field together.
The nearly 4 acre field has a Large Concrete yard area and large field shelter with access straight onto their field, plus lots of natural shelter. Automatic water tanks, and tap on yard too. For bathing or hosing off in the summer.
Stable space for storing your belongings. Secure alarmed tack room. The yard is covered by CCTV, Electric gated entry, owners live on site.
Fields are post and rail, with mains electric also.
Hay and standard feed provided, as needed, worming, rug changes, twice daily checks, holding for vet or farrier, medicines/supplements administered, hoof trims when required, fields poo picked daily.
Very experienced groom, great relationship with both our Farrier, and Vet ( who are under 3 miles from us).
Very quiet and tranquil yard, without lots of coming and going where your horse can live out it's retirement in peace.
Shoeing costs (fronts only allowed), vet bills, additional feed or supplements at owners expense.
