NOTICE OF CHANGE TO SMALL ANIMAL BOARDERS
Do you treat your bouncing bunnies or gorgeous guinea pigs for mites, mange, ear mites and lice??? these can be a common problem, but with a simple spot on treatment our furry friends can be protected.
Please note we will be treating all smaller furries with a mite treatment when they arrive, this is to ensure that all our furry friends are safe to board and protects our own furry friends from any extra lodgers! we thank you for your co operation

Thank you to the customers that have bought from our wish list... it means so much to know we have support, our latest gift was some new toys - something we use on a daily basis to make sure our furry friends have plenty of interaction.
Many times we have been given thank you gifts for looking after your furry friends, we love receiving gifts, however, we absolutely love what we do and we would love for our guests to benefit rather than us, so we are in the process of developing an Amazon wish list, we have made a start and will be adding items that we think will benefit the cattery and make your furry friends stay even more comfortable, thank you from the bottom or our hearts and we look forward to seeing you all soon

We get that plans change, please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. Please be reminded of our cancellation policy (in out Terms and Conditions)

Bookings cancelled over 14 days to arrival - No extra charge (booking fee lost)
Bookings cancelled up to 7 days to arrival - 50% of fees will be due
Bookings cancelled under 7 days to arrival - Full fees will be due.

We would love to say don't worry, we don't need a penny, however, with the increasing costs of running a buisness we can't, so I'm afraid you will be invoiced at the end of the month depending on the cancellation. If we are able to fill the space then the fee may be reduced. Please note if the amount is unpaid then you will not beable to make future bookings. All out Terms and conditions can be found on our website

Please ensure you have treated your furry feline friends with a flea and worm treatment prior to their stay, if we see the initial tell tail signs of flea dirt then we will request a treatment - either your friend/neighbour/family member has to bring in a suitable treatment or we take your furry feline to the vet for treatment (an invoice you will receive on your return, which will include our travel time, vet consultation fee and treatment)
