I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us on October's monthly mega walk. It was a beautiful dry and mild day for a long walk at the wind farm. I hope you all went home happy and knackered and I hope to see you all on the next one!!!

🐾 Holiday Dates Update 🐾

Just a little update regarding my remaining holidays for the year.

I’ll still be taking Thursday 29th October off, as previously mentioned, and I’m now also adding Wednesday 4th November to my holiday dates.

As most of you know, my wife is pregnant again and baby is due on 15th December! 👶🏼💛

Obviously, we don’t know exactly when baby will arrive, so my Christmas holiday will depend on the date baby decides to make an appearance.

If baby arrives earlier than due date. I’ll take up to two weeks of paternity leave around the birth, and then I’ll just take the usual Christmas and New Year bank holidays.

If baby arrives from the due date or closer to Christmas, my paternity leave and Christmas holiday may effectively run together, meaning I could potentially be off for around three weeks in total. Depending on when baby arrives, this could mean the extra time is added before or after my planned Christmas holiday of 23rd December to 6th January.

So, the exact Christmas dates are still a little up in the air and will all depend on when baby arrives. I’ll keep everyone updated as we get closer and know more.

Thank you all for your understanding, and we can’t wait to introduce the newest little member of the family! 🐶👶🏼❤️
