After having a puppy pamper with me, Hazel returned for her first full groom and was such a good girl! 🥰

Puppy pampers are so important once your puppy has had their vaccinations, helping them get used to the grooming environment, building trust with their groomer, handling, bathing and drying before they need a full groom.

Hazel's confidence really showed today, and she settled beautifully throughout her appointment. A great example of why introducing puppies to grooming early can make all the difference. 🐾✨

I can’t wait to see her again in 8 weeks and to watch her continue to grow 🤩

☀️ Heatwave reminder for all dog owners this Bank Holiday ☀️

Although this weather is a lovely bank holiday treat for us, it can be dangerous to our pups!

Things you can do to help:
🐾 Walk early or late
💧 Keep fresh water available
🔥 Avoid hot pavements
❄️ Keep dogs cool and shaded
🚫 Never leave dogs in cars

Signs of overheating:
⚠️ Excessive panting
⚠️ Drooling
⚠️ Lethargy or weakness
⚠️ Vomiting or wobbling

With shorter walks in the heat, try some home enrichment instead:
🧩 Lick mats & frozen treats
👃 Snuffle mats or scent games
🎾 Indoor play & training
🦴 Puzzle toys & chews

It’s earning the trust of nervous dogs, watching them relax, and seeing their personalities come through. It’s about the wagging tails, the tiny moments of connection, and the feeling of knowing you’ve made a dog’s day just a little bit better.
