Say hello to Batty!

This little cutie came for a pamper today. He is still looking for his forever home. I'm sure one of my lovely customers would love a new little friend for their furbaby.
Get in touch if you're interested. Only serious people though please. No time wasters just wanting puppy cuddles. (We've had our fair share of those already) 😞

He is a Pomeranian X Toy Poodle.
He is 15 weeks old on Sunday, comes with a full puppy pack, he is fully vaccinated and microchipped, comes with 5 weeks free insurance and he is such a sweetheart!
He is crate and lead trained.

Please excuse the stray hairs, he was a little fidgety but considering it is only his 2 ever full groom he did amazingly!

⚠️ PLEASE READ — HEARTBREAKING ANIMAL CRUELTY IN OUR AREA ⚠️

Our beloved family cat, Widget, has been killed in an act of shocking and deliberate cruelty.

Neighbours witnessed two young lads with Lurcher‑type dogs release one of the dogs onto Widget while she was calmly sitting on a neighbour’s wall. She ran for her life towards home, but the dog caught her before she reached the safety of our garden — again witnessed by neighbours — and the dog carried her back to the lads.

Our wonderful neighbours immediately searched for her and found her dumped in rough scrubland down the snicket where the dog was last seen. She was still alive, terrified and badly injured.

Despite being rushed to the vets, Widget didn’t make it. Her injuries were horrific: a broken leg, multiple broken ribs, a punctured lung, puncture wounds all over her body, and one to her skull and neck.

Widget was hand‑reared and deeply loved by our family and the local community. She didn’t deserve this. No animal does.

Someone knows who these lads are. Someone will hear them brag.
We have a full description — we just need their names.

Please be aware that these individuals are walking among us. Cats have a right to roam, and whether or not you agree with that, this could just as easily have been your cat or your small dog.

If you know anything — anything at all — please come forward. Help us get justice for Widget.

***SERIOUS MESSAGE TO ALL***

Going forward I will be asking for deposits for all appointments from ALL customers, even those who have been regulars for a long time simply because one regular (I never for a second thought she would be like that) who I gave leniency to today has taken the p**s. My time is valuable, I'm running a business and for a client to not turn up and then not pay the missed appointment fee is not on!
The money I have lost today was part of my electricity and gas bill!

I'm going to feel horrible asking for deposits from those who I know (or think I know) would not do this to me, however, I didn't think this regular would do this to me but she has so my trust is now gone.

A lot of you know my situation this year and that I have had 2 surgeries already this year and I was told by my surgeon on Tuesday that I need another surgery cos I'm still not fixed. So you can all imagine how tight money is for me atm with only just really getting back to work and now heading towards another surgery meaning more time off!

As all my customers have signed terms & conditions which states that full grooming price must be paid if appointment missed, I will now be enforcing this by taking those who don't pay the missed appointment fee to small claims court to retrieve money owed to me.
Quite a lot of people are going to be in for a shock when they get a letter through their door. Plus they will have to pay the court fees so I'd recommend anyone who still owes me missed appointment fees to pay up before it goes to court.

PLEASE REMEMBER......I have signed T&C's from all of you which are classed as contracts.
