PLEASE READ

This isn’t a post I’d ever expect to have to write , but iv not been very well recently and a week ago I had to have major surgery which means I’m not going to be back in work this year 🤦‍♀️. We will need to move some dogs around so please expect a message if your dog is doubled up I only have one groomer on the lead up to Xmas . I will do my best to accommodate and fit as many as I can in before Xmas , but as you can imagine it’s going to be a juggle . Could I ask a few things please ?

🐾Text the phone instead of calling so we can work through the messages and check the diary with what’s available
🐾be patient our team is only small
🐾please drop your dog off on time & don’t collect your dog before getting a message as this will make the busy period even harder 🙏

I’m so thankful for all your custom and I’ll see you all next year once iv fully recovered .

It looks like my appointment system isn’t sending out a text with your next appointment , it is sending reminders out a week before your appointment . We are having allot asking for Saturday appointments;

We are thinking about putting early morning appointments on as early as 7am , also 8am appointments on week days & Saturdays .

Would this be something that could help with customers that work full time ?
Let us know if this is something you would be able to do and we can start to open the appointments up .
