So after the last few days and getting our bearings we have some updates to make. At the moment, we have no extra staff at the kennels to cover and care for the dogs during pick up and collections.
Also, the car is in the garage needing repairs so we are having to hire a van, the cost of which is not feasible to continue to do for much longer.
At this time therefore we will be reviewing our availability for collection and delivery. Anyone who has booked already will be honoured, and once we have capacity, we may look to resume the full transport options.
I totally understand that this will inconvenience many valued customers. You are welcome of course to bring your dog to us and we will meet you at the bottom of the track, or at the restaurant by request.
However the care of the dogs will always be a priority and we cannot leave our residents whilst we spend time collecting and delivering pets.
We appreciate your understanding during this period of transition.
