Please make sure your dog has a lead attached to a collar or harness when you arrive at the salon for the safety of your dog. This also goes for pick up & drop offs.
Please ensure your dogs don't have fleas before booking with us, if your dogs have fleas you WILL be charged extra or your dog may be sent home & you will be charged for the full appointment.
Please toilet 💩 your dogs BEFORE their appointment, any mess in the shop slows us down & maximizes the risk of your dogs standing in their mess, if this happens after a bath Groomingdales of Bradford will NOT be responsible for rebathing your dog.
Behaviour charge, please note we will add a behaviour charge if your dog bites/shows aggression during the groom, this starts from £10. You will be charged the FULL cost if your dog is sent home and the groom isn't completed. This means the full cost of the groom plus the behaviour charge.
Please note that we require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment so we can fill the old slot, failure to do this could result in you having to pay for the appointment so we are not losing income.
All no shows will be charged the full groom cost so please give us 48 hours notice to cancel or move appointments.
Booking an appointment with us means you accepts all our terms & conditions.
