Hi everyone! Just a few new policies that will be put in place from today onwards:
Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 50% of the groom price before making a new appointment
Once the knots/matts have gone past the point of no return there is nothing I can do but shave the coat short. It’s comfort over looks when it comes to animals, and the de-matting process is a long and painful one. Matted dogs are far more likely to get sore skin, irritation, get nicked whilst grooming as the coat is so tight to the skin. Daily brushing is essential for a big fluffy dog
If there’s no response from 24 hours of offering an appointment I can’t promise that appointment will still be available
More than 10 minutes late and I may not be able to groom the dog
