We all love our pets, so let’s not put them in danger in this hot weather! It’s much safer for them to avoid walks. No dog has died from missing a walk, but having a walk can kill a dog in this heat🥵

Know the signs of heat stroke!
Know the 5 second rule!

Also I’ve seen a post circulating around about not giving your dog ice cubes or frozen treats in this hot weather, this has been taken out of context and ice cubes should NOT be given to dogs suffering from heat stroke, a healthy dog is fine to have iced treats and it is RECOMMENDED by the rspca, pdsa and the blue cross!
