Not really a post I ever wanted to have to put on social media, but I guess this is also the reality of being a business owner when so much of your life is visible to others.

When you run your own business, you’re often available morning, noon and night answering enquiries, replying to messages and keeping clients updated. You do your best to always be there, but sometimes life happens, and taking a step back can be difficult when people rely on you. When you’re not available, it can sometimes be perceived as being unreliable or not providing the level of service people expect.

So, I just wanted to give all my existing and new clients a little heads-up that this coming week is going to be a particularly difficult one for me.

I’ll be working as normal up until Thursday, but from then I’ll need to take three days away to give myself some time and space.

I’ve had to make the incredibly difficult decision to let my beautiful Alex go and allow him to cross over the rainbow bridge. 💔

Anyone who knows me will know just how much my animals mean to me, and this is a decision that hasn’t been made lightly. It’s going to be an incredibly emotional few days, and I know I’ll need some quiet time to process it all.

All walks, sessions and boarding will continue as planned, and your dogs will still be cared for as they always are. I’ll simply be taking a little time away from messages and general enquiries.

Thank you for your understanding,

Becca x
