Im so proid to have signed my business up for the Bracknell Forest Council women and girls safety charter.

It might seem odd as im only a small business, but its about showing unity in this important fight and also, being vigilant that ANYONE could be a survivor, or a current victim. We can ALL play our part in being a safe space 🥰 I urge ALL business to sign up and be part of the solution and being a unified voice 🥰🥰

Just a thought....we have been consistently waking our dogs less due to the heat.. now comes the rain...

Be aware thier fittness will be less than usual, and so will thier strength and resilience to adapt to the slippery mud...

Take time to rebuild and caution the tern until they are back up to thoer usual ability 💪🥰

I absolutely love a buggy story!

Meet Lexi! She is one of the strongest souls your will ever meet!

A life where she had more than her fair share of ailments, but sje stayed strong throughout them all. Her mum is her biggest cheerleader and now that she jas become frail, she got her a buggy. Lexi is kot ready to give up, she still chopses to run on a walk! But she does get tired, like so many of us will when old. So the buggy means she can still love her day trips and enjoy time outside but she gets to rest so all the dogs can be walked. Power to the buggy 💪🥰💪🥰

Either swager didnt get the collie memo or this sproker didnt! Im thinking the latter as ive never questioned swaggers colliness before 😅🤣 Anyway... empowering mum with knowledge after she reached out for a mobility assessment. He now has a plan to build up that core💪😍
