Trick or Tweet Weeks are back at Birdland Park & Gardens from 17th October – 1st November! And this year, there’s an extra reason to visit… KIDS GO FREE! 🆓🎃

For International Zoo Keeper Day and we are celebrating the incredible people who work tirelessly every day to care for the animals at Birdland. 🐧🦩🦉

From preparing feeds and keeping enclosures spotless, to monitoring behaviour, providing enrichment, our keepers do so much more than meets the eye.

Their dedication, knowledge and passion play such an important role in keeping our residents happy, healthy and thriving. 🥰

This weekend we have teamed up with Earthwatch Europe to take part in The Great UK Water Blitz. 🫗👀.

Throughout the weekend we will be showcasing how amazing the River Windrush is and look at some of the species found within it as part of our Riverfly Monitoring program. We also have some fun activities for the kids but be prepared to get wet...

You'll even get the chance to investigate the litter that is thrown into the river, which we have collected.
