This is handsome TC!
His owner brought him in for having coughing episodes and mentioned he was now struggling to eat. After examination, Armiche the vet explained it could be a possible inflammatory issue and TC was given some medication to help. However if no improvement, we may need to do further investigations.

After a few days, the coughing was no better and the owner saw some blood possibly coming from the nose.
It was decided to perform a rhinoscopy to see if anything was blocking through the airways. A huge grass seed was found! (See Photo)
Armiche and our nurses were extremely patient but were able to remove it successfully.

TC recovered very quickly from his anaesthetic and certainly enjoyed all the fuss and cuddles from the team 💙

Safe to say, we have lost count now on how many grass seeds we have removed this summer! 😳

The Summer Bank Holiday is nearly here!

We will be closed on Monday 31st August at both practices and will be back open as normal on Tuesday 1st September (8am-6.30pm).

Tongue out Tuesday! 👅

Today’s cutie pie is Sooty who absolutely loved sticking her tongue out whilst in for her dental treatment. She loved being cuddled by Sophie, our animal nursing assistant, who found it extremely hard to put Sooty down 😅

*POOLE CLIENTS*
Wessex water are trying to fix a leak which unfortunately is just outside of our entrance. 🚰

Currently there is a lane closed and some building works so please allow time to get to your appointment over the next couple of days as there may be some traffic build up just before our entrance.
