Some goodbyes are harder to put into words.
When we started Dogz, we knew there would be changes, challenges, new chapters and unexpected turns along the way… but I don’t think I was ever quite prepared for this one.
Patricia has been so much more than a groomer at Dogz. She has been part of our everyday life, part of our little team, part of the chaos, the laughter, the stressful days, the proud moments and so many memories that happened behind these doors.
She cared for so many of your dogs as if they were her own. She learned their little personalities, their quirks, their favourite things… and somewhere along the way, so many of you became attached to her too.
Now life is taking her back home to Brazil and although we completely understand why she needs to go, it doesn’t make saying goodbye any easier.
Dogz is going to feel very different without you, Paty.
Thank you for every dog you loved, every crazy day you survived with us, every laugh, every conversation, every bit of help and every memory we made together.
I’m incredibly grateful that Dogz got to be part of your story and even more grateful that you became such an important part of ours.
This isn’t the ending we imagined, but sometimes life changes the plans for us.
So this is not really a goodbye.
It’s a thank you.
For everything.
