She hasn't had a proper groom in over a year due to Anxiety causing snappy behaviour.
We rushed through this groom hand sc******ng to avoid noises triggering her. Its not the best but she will be mush happier and way more comfortable as the weather warms up.

A warm welcome to Benji today!
He was awfully matted after a run of bad experiences and is unfortunately having to learn to re-trust the grooming process as well as a new groomer.
The groom isn't as even as it could be by far, it was certainly a challenge!
But this dude is happy, health, clean and matt free so we r winning 🥰
