🌸 Iris pseudacorus 'Holden's Child' 🌸
Just look at those flowers! This stunning hardy Iris pseudacorus 'Holden's Child' is putting on quite a show this season. Unlike the native Yellow Flag, this beautiful variety produces rich purple blooms rather than the typical yellow, and as you can see in the video, the multi-stem flowering means an absolutely spectacular display with masses of flowers all at once.
'Holden's Child' will eventually grow into an impressive, substantial plant — larger than most irises — but it's a much more well-behaved garden plant than the native Yellow Flag, with a slower, more manageable growth rate. Perfect for the waterside, bog garden, or any moist spot where you want a real statement plant without it taking over!
A real gem for the garden. 💜
