🐾 Puppy time! 🐾

What an amazing little girl she was for her very first groom! 🥰💗 She did absolutely brilliantly and was such a good girl throughout. It’s always so lovely seeing puppies experience their first groom and start their grooming journey on such a positive note. ✂️🐶

🐾 The Wiggle Hut – Cancellation & Payment Policy

As The Wiggle Hut is a 1-to-1 grooming service, each appointment is reserved especially for you and your pet. This means that late cancellations and missed appointments can leave a space that I’m unable to fill.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

• Cancellations or changes made with 24 hours’ notice or more will not incur a charge.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked grooming service.

• No-shows or appointments cancelled without any notice will be charged at 100% of the booked grooming service.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and I will always try to be as understanding and flexible as possible.

Late Arrivals

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten, rearrange or cancel the appointment to ensure I can continue to provide a calm and 1-to-1 service for my other clients.

Where an appointment cannot go ahead because of a late arrival, the cancellation fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of your pet’s groom.

I accept:
• Cash
• Bank transfer

Please ensure payment is made before your pet leaves the salon.

Deposits

For new clients, longer appointments or appointments requiring a significant amount of time to be reserved, a deposit may be requested when booking.

Any deposit paid will be deducted from the final grooming cost, unless the cancellation/no-show policy applies.

Your Pet’s Welfare Comes First ❤️

If your pet is unwell, please contact me before bringing them to their appointment. I would much rather rearrange an appointment when necessary than put your pet at risk.

Thank you for supporting my small business and for understanding that your appointment time is reserved especially for you and your pet. 🐾

This beautiful girl, Bella, came to The Wiggle Hut today for her very first groom.
Bella was rescued and has only been with her lovely new family for just under a week. ❤️ She was understandably very nervous when she first arrived, but with lots of patience, reassurance and cuddles, she soon settled and absolutely took to it like a little pro!
It was so lovely to see her confidence grow throughout her groom, and I’m so proud of how amazingly she did. She really is such a beautiful girl, and I’m so excited to watch her blossom with her new family. 🐶💗
