Hownd HOWND is a pioneer of cruelty-free certified plant-powered products for dogs. Established in 2015.

We’re Mark and Jo - great mates, big animal lovers and indomitable entrepreneurs. In 2015, we launched HOWND with a simple mission: to improve the health and wellbeing of dogs without unnecessary harm to other animals. Our fledgling brand soon became a pioneer of cruelty-free certified plant-based pet care. Over the years HOWND, has evolved into a multi award-winning ethical lifestyle brand for Britain’s dogs offering health, wellness and hygiene under one happy woof (oops roof!). All-natural pH-balanced pet care including conditioning shampoos, body mists, antibacterial wipes, paw balms and even a banana facial are made using essential oils, botanicals and a Vegan alternative to Keratin.

100% Plant-Powered Complete Superfood for dogs in wet and dry, and Wellness Treats. Perfect for dogs with skin conditions, allergies and sensitive tummies. HOWND products are accredited by Cruelty Free International, PETA Cruelty Free, PETA Not Tested on Animals, the Vegetarian (Vegan) Society and the Ethical Company Organisation.

“We believe the world would be a better place if more people embraced the power of plants. Our products are kind to our precious planet and the animals that inhabit it. That’s why dogs and their humans love HOWND.”
