🎄🐾 Please see our previous post for our Christmas and New Years opening hours.

You can make a booking or build a quote at bookings.phoenixpetcremations.com for appointments when we are open, including collections from home or your veterinary practice, or you may book to bring your pet to us when we are open. Prices are shown online, and you can save your booking as a quote once you have selected your wishes.

For all online bookings, please select the date and AM or PM option, and include your preferred time. We will do our best to confirm your appointment as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email once the time has been agreed.

If your pet passes away during our closure, please attend your vet for immediate care, or keep your pet safely in a cool place and covered until safe collection can be arranged. We understand how difficult this time can be and are here to support you as soon as we reopen 🐾🎄
