It’s a bit late but….

Happy National Best Friends Day 🐾❤️

You all know Dottie, my bestest friend, my little shadow, and my best companion.
No matter where I go, she’s never far behind, and life wouldn’t be the same without her.
I know we all think it but she’s the best dog ever!

And then there’s Red, my gorgeous horse. Such a handsome boy with the kindest nature, I’m so lucky to have him in my life.

They may have four legs instead of two, but they’re the best friends anyone could ask for. 🐾🐴

Happy National Best Friends Day to all the 4 legged friends who make our lives so much better! ✨💕

Thought I’d reintroduce myself especially if you’ve just found me!

I’m Amy, the face behind The Dog Walker’s Tale… and this is Dottie, the real boss of the business!
I’ve been walking dogs and caring for animals for years. It’s not just a job to me it’s my passion.
I love seeing the little faces light up when I arrive… whether it’s for a solo walk or a group walk with their friends or an over night pet sit!

Who I help
I work with dog owners who are busy with life commitments but want their dogs to enjoy walks, companionship, and time outdoors.
I especially like working with dogs who might feel a little shy or unsure. Dogs who want to socialise but have that barrier, or need someone to help them thrive with more confidence. Watching them come out of their shell is one of the best parts of this job.

How I help
Time & patience: letting each dog move at their own pace.
Love & kindness: showing them compassion even when they’re anxious.
Confidence building & training: celebrating every small win together.
Socialisation in safe, supported ways

I specialise in small groups,
I believe every dog deserves individual attention, and having smaller group means I can really focus on each dog.
