⛈️ We hope everyone has kept safe with their pets in these thunder storms! We know how frightening they can be to our pets 🤗🐕🐩🐇

We couldn't resist getting you all to meet the beautiful Maggie and Mac 🤩😍... who we've seen recently in the van for their health checks and first vaccines 💉🩺 How cute are these two? Puppies and kittens always make us smile 🥰

⭐️ We are so grateful for the continued support from everyone and all your word of mouth recommendations ☺️ It means the world to us, as there's so many people who still don't know we're about, let alone that a mobile vet even exists! 🚑🏡 So many more people and pets can benefit from the ease, convenience and stress free service that we strive to provide 😺 Thank you all ❤️

We hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday weekend so far! 🌞🐶🐱🐰

⭐️ Please be careful in these hot temperatures with your gorgeous pets! 🔥🥵

Heat stroke is real and deadly and is easily prevented by keeping pets indoors 🏠 on days like today. Skipping your usual day time walk is a lot safer then putting them at risk ❤️‍🩹

If you suspect your dog is too warm using cold running water or emersing them in cold water (not tepid water) is the best way to cool them down. Please make sure when first using a hose to run it through until cool! Using fans, keeping them out of direct sunlight and use of cooling mats also will help. Aside from this genuine heat stroke is an emergency and they need to be seen by a vet immediately 🩺💉💔

Happy Friday everyone! 🐶🥳

We have another appreciation post for our well loved poodle crosses 🤩 We see so many of these guys as they are very popular! 🐩🐩🐩

First up is the beautiful Sidney, who had his castration in our fully equipped vet van just outside his home 🏡 🚑 Sidney benefited from our low stress approach where once happy and recovered from his anaesthesia he was back into his home where he belonged 🥰

Next up is the cutie Milo, the golden/white cavapoo puppy and Nutmeg the lovely tri colour cockapoo who both needed their second vaccines and health checks 💉🩺 They were both so brave being perfect first time patients 💕

And finally the handsome Burrow, here he is with his football at home looking poised for action 😆😍 He also had his castration in the vet van outside his home. He's one of our regular patients having been seeing him since a tiny pup 🐶 Well done Burrow 👏

Hi everyone! 👋

In our vet vans we get to see a lovely contrast of young and old patients 🥰🐶 We are able to do simple jobs like vaccines and health checks but also can tend to poorly pet visits, perform diagnostics and basic surgeries ❤️‍🩹🩺💉 All in our fully equipped vet vans just outside your home! 🏡🚑

First up we have the lovely We**ie who is a grand old age of 14 years! 🥳 We**ie the frenchie gets regular health checks and acupuncture for his arthritis by our lovely Vet Ruth 🥰 He's such a trooper!

Next up for contrast is Apollo the beautiful silver lab and Poppy the cutest JRT 😍 They both needed vaccines and health checks - how gorgeous are they both 🐶

And finally the 15 year old pug Maisey 🤗 She recently had her eyes checked as she had an ulcer on one of them ❤️‍🩹 Thankfully she's all healed up now 👏

⭐️ We hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday weekend ahead! 🌞🐈🐩

This is an awareness post about adders! 🐍 The past few weeks we've seen 3 of these beautiful but potentially dangerous snakes out on walks! 🦮🚶‍♂️

This video shows how intriguing they would be to an inquisitive pooch 🐶 and we wanted to make people aware that they are out and about, especially on the Moors! Please be careful out there this weekend and keep your dogs on a lead in grasslands, moorland and heathland 🌲🌳🐕‍🦺

If you suspect your dog had been bitten by an adder please keep him/ her calm, carry them where possible and get them to a static practice ASAP for hospitalisation and treatment ❤️‍🩹

Hi everyone 👋

We hope everyone is having a great week so far 🐱🐶🐭

We thought we'd make a post about our lovely reception team, Julie and Lisa 🥰 These guys work diligently behind the scenes making sure our days run smoothly, answering the phones, messages and emails and generally doing all the organising! 🤩

They are invaluable members of our small team and we'd be totally lost without them both! 🤗 It's such a shame you all don't get to meet them face to face but trust us when we say they are as lovely in person as they are on the phone ❤️

Thank you both for keeping us all in check and making sure our days run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis 👌👏🥳

🐶 We are so lucky to be able to see and take care of all sorts of shapes and sizes, the variety of dog breeds we see is amazing and we love getting to know them all! 🦮🐕‍🦺🐩🐕

Here is a gorgeous selection of some of the larger breed dogs we've seen recently 🤗

First up is Kane the gentle giant Dogue De Bordeux Rottweiler cross 😍 Kane had a sore paw and was so good for us standing still while we treated and bandaged his foot ❤️‍🩹

Next is Bonnie the beautiful Old Tyme Bulldog who had her spay operation in our vet van 🥰 She was the perfect patient throughout and has been healing very well, good job Bonnie 👏

And finally we have Vince the stunning Weimaraner and Toffee the cheeky Boxer 🤩 We visited them both for their castrations which were performed just outside their homes 🏡 They were both so brave and have since made full recoveries 🥳

We've all been working really hard lately and have been looking forward to our Easter break☺️

Hi everyone! 👋🐕‍🦺🐈

We perform a lot of dentistry in our vet vans, offering dental treatments to dogs 🐕 cats 🐈 and rabbits 🐇! All dentals are carried out just outside your home, monitored closely by one of our lovely RVNs and they have the added luxury (we deem a necessity!) of recovering in their own homes 🏡 🥰

First up is the lovely Pixie 😍 This gorgeous girl had very advanced dental disease as you can see from the calculus build up and pus surrounding her teeth. Bless her, she had many extractions due to the disease but having those rotten teeth removed obviously made a big difference to her comfort and health, and she's doing absolutely amazing now 💕👏

Next is the stunning girl Rosa 🤩 the ex racing greyhound. Her teeth had moderate calculus build up as you can see, only needing a good scale to clean these up! This is her before and after photo to show the difference a good clean can make 👌🐶

Both these beauties benefited massively from tending to their teeth, if you think your pet could benefit also please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll be very happy to help 😀
