Please read the following updates regarding my services:
💳 Invoicing Changes
Starting next Friday, I will be moving over to Monzo for all invoicing. The invoices will look a little different than usual, so please keep an eye out for them in your inbox moving forward.
🗓️ Holiday Policy
To help me manage my schedule, I now require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for any holiday cancellations.
Please note: If less than 2 weeks' notice is given, a charge equivalent to 1 week of service will apply.
🐕 Walkies & Safety
ID Tags: Just a reminder that by law, all dogs must wear a collar and ID tag. Please ensure your pup is wearing theirs or leave one out for me to put on before our walk.
Ticks: Ticks are out in force this year! While I check every dog before they get back in the van, some can be very small and easy to miss. Please ensure your dog’s flea and tick treatments are up to date.
Need help? If you find a tick on your dog and aren't comfortable removing it yourself, just let me know—I’m more than happy to help!
