A little update to my cancellation policy❤️

As most of you know, I am now running the salon completely on my own, and with a fully booked diary, every appointment is extremely important to my little business.

Unfortunately, when a dog doesn’t attend their appointment or an appointment is cancelled on the day, it can be very difficult for me to fill that space at such short notice. As I’m self-employed, that appointment is also income that I rely on to cover my salon bills and running costs.

I’ve therefore had to make a small change to my cancellation policy. From now on, no-shows and same-day cancellations that I am unable to refill will be charged at 100% of the groom price.

However, if you need to cancel on the day and I am able to fill your appointment, there will be no charge at all.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and I’m always happy to work with you where I can. This isn’t about making money from cancellations, it’s simply about protecting my business and making sure I can continue doing what I love. 🐶✂️

I’ve just had a customer follow up a message she sent me while I was away, and I’ve realised I haven’t received it at all! 😩

My work phone was left at home while I was away and was completely dead, so I’m now worried that I may have missed messages sent between 4th September - 14th September.

I honestly thought my work phone had been unusually quiet when I got back 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

HELLO SEPTEMBER!🍂🍁 The autumn wreath has made an appearance and I’m absolutely loving it. Autumn colours are my fave! Made by Project Bloom. Betty & Beaux are the perfect models😍 September is my birthday month🥳 I can’t believe I’ll be turning 29 on the 12th😳 My partner Matt has booked us a week away and I will be away from Friday 4th September and back in work on Monday 14th September. The salon will be closed from 3pm on Friday until I’m back!❤️🫶🏼
