Chichester African Pygmy hedgehog show The Chichester African Pygmy Hedgehog show set up in 2013 to raise awareness for the African Pygmy Hedgehog. The email address for all show related enquirys.

We have a new email address is as of July 2021 which is [email protected] The Chichester African Pygmy Hedgehog show was setup in 2013 by Emily Hardy-Wallace. The show started in a small hall, and has since succesfully expanded to a bigger hall in 2015 and is still going strong. Emily herself has owned African Pygmy hedgehogs and has experienced other hedgehog events across the co

untry which inspired the idea to create her own local hedgehog show. The show helps to raise awareness for the African Pygmy hedgehog and brings together local hedgehog owners. The show has also helped to raise awareness and raise money for The National Exotic Hedgehog Rescue as well as other local animal charities which still remains at the heart of the show. Good afternoon

I know this page has been quiet for a while, which we do apologise for. With the ups and downs with Covid-19 we have been focused on ensuring the choices we made would have the safety of hogs, owners, and visitors at the heart of them.

One of our team has decided to leave us and focus on other endeavours, which we wish them all the best with.

The result of this team members still here includes me (Emily) and Aimee. We have had to rearrange aspects of the show. There will be a few changes coming up, but we are excited to announce that the Chichester hedgehog show will return next year 2022

Evening everyone. Hope you are well.

As this year is full of uncertainty as to what will happen and whether events such as ours will be allowed to go ahead

With this is mind and after lengthy discussions, we at the Chichester African Pygmy hedgehog show have come to the unfortunate decision that it will be best postpone this years show

Over the years our show has increased in popularity and we will feel to hold the show this year will all the uncertainty, and risks would be irresponsible and unsafe

We are truly sorry for this, as we were hoping we would be able to go ahead

We ask anyone who had stalls booked last year or hedgehogs booked in to contact this page, please

Hello everyone
We are sad to say that after having discussions with the venue, who have had their rules and regulations put in place by the government, it was concluded that it would be too difficult to hold the event this year. With this in mind, it has been decided that unfortunately the show will be postponed until next year.

To our loyal stall holders, we are kindly asking to get in touch with us via email.

Anyone who has already booked in their hedgehog for the show, please get contact us ASAP. We understand that their health may change in a year. So we need to discuss this with you individually.

Good afternoon all, we are still working from home behind the scenes planning this years show. Hog owners get the date in your diary and maybe plan it as a weekend away as well? Stallholders we do have some spaces available. Something to look forward to whilst we are in the current situation. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all again in September.🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔
