Working, being a mum, having 3 spaniels and a wedding to organise life is busy busy 🤣 but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

If I don’t reply to your text within a day or 2 it’s not because I’ve shut shop, it’s because I’m either being a mum, or I’m so busy I haven’t got round to booking appointments in, I will get to you I promise 🙈 if it’s been over a week, then of course please do pester me!

I truly appreciate every booking, review, share, and recommendation — it means so much to my small home-based grooming business here in Middleton-on-Sea.

Please make sure to get booked in quickly to avoid disappointment, as spaces do fill up fast. ✂️🐾

Hi All,
Just some reminders, my opening hours are

Monday: 9:15am - 18:00pm
Tuesday: 9:15am - 18:00pm
Thursday: 9:15am - 18:00pm
Friday: 8:15am - 12:30pm

I am closed on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

If I haven’t responded to any messages it shall be because I am either grooming or I am day off, which I do not tend to check my phone.

If you book the 9:15 appointment and you are early please do not knock, I am most likely still dropping my little one to nursery, and shall be back just before 9:15 I can’t accept dogs any sooner than this time, and if you do knock it disturbs my dogs who will then bark or sing (as you may know) 🙃😬

Please make sure you either park in visitors parking, or in the space in front of my door only. If this is not available please do not then park in my neighbours spaces. This causes me trouble and if I can avoid that, it would be fabulous! 🚗

In regards to payments, I can take cash or bank transfer only. If you do want to do bank transfer, this needs to be done before collection💰

I give all my clients as much time as possible to let them know when their dog is ready, I normally try 30 mins, please make sure you can collect your dog on time, I can not hold onto dogs as I am a 1-1 groomer, if all my clients can confirm they have received the text that would be great! If I do not receive a confirmation I shall then try and ring if needed.

And last but not least, if you would like a different cut to normal please do let me know, now the summer months are coming I am not a mind reader and won’t know you would like shorter this time round without being told☀️
