🐾 A little update from all of us at St Clair Veterinary Care 🐾
We’ve been incredibly busy lately, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be when you’re trying to get through to us and we can’t answer the phone straight away.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to improve things and, in particular, to free up our phone lines for our existing clients who need to speak to us.
💻 New clients can now register online
We’ve been working with an amazing local guy, Daniel from Site in Seven, who has been helping us develop and improve our website.
As an independent local business ourselves, we always like to support other local businesses where we can — and Daniel has been absolutely brilliant to work with.

If you would like to register with us, simply visit our website:

Click “Contact Us” and you’ll see our “New Client Form.”
And yes… we are still taking on new clients! 😊
By moving new registrations online, we’re hoping to reduce the amount of time our reception team spend taking registration details over the phone, making it easier for our existing clients to get through when they need us.
👋 You may also have noticed a few new faces!
Our regular clients may already have spotted some new members of the team around the practice. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be introducing them properly on Facebook so you can get to know them.
We also have a new receptionist starting next week, who’ll be working alongside Donna and the rest of the team.
As with anyone starting a new job, there’s a lot to learn, so please be patient with all our new team members while they get to grips with our systems and the way we do things — and please give them the same lovely, warm welcome you always give our team. ❤️
Thank you for bearing with us during such a busy period. We really do appreciate your patience and support.
