This is in fact a field of linseed or flax . We grow this for our pigeon mixes, we also sell small bags of linseed too and sell the surplus for animal feeds & commercial use.

Fun fact , Did you know that linseed flowers shed their petals daily , they bloom then shed their petals every evening.
