A very busy but lovely Thursday 🧡🐾

It was lush to finish my day with a little solo walk, just me and Molly. She’s been very poorly and has been resting up at home but was ready for a little run around and will hopefully be back with her “golden oldies” soon 💗 we love you Molly!

Making the most of a nice, clean and quiet Cambois beach today. I was at blyth harbour beach this morning with my own fur babies and the amount of rubbish left is absolutely disgraceful 🤬 😂sorry rant over but I hate people littering my office!

I can’t believe I’m writing this as it still felt like winter last week! But it looks like it’s going to be another scorcher today 🥵 I’ll be making sure all of the doggos have plenty of drinking water, will be going to cool/shaded areas and may cut walks short. If your dog really struggles in the heat I’ll swap walks for a toilet break in your garden.

Wednesday’s walkies 🧡🐾

Unfortunately I didn’t get many photos of this mornings group as I had a dog go missing! Thank god I found her safe and well but it was a very scary 30 minutes for both of us. This is the first time I’ve ever actually lost a dog (I’ve had a couple that have ran off for a few minutes but came back thank god!). Vera has been walking with me for about two years and has never strayed far but today she completely disappeared into the woods and I still have no idea why. Two other lovely dog walkers helped me look for her and eventually (after what felt like 3 days) I found her and she leapt into my arms 🥰 I’m not ashamed to admit we both had a little cry 😢 I debated posting this but it’s really brought home how unpredictable dogs can be, how much responsibility I have looking after your precious pooches and how easily things can go wrong. So I’m asking all of my lovely customers, please ensure you have identity tags on your dogs or even better get some sort of tracker (luckily Vera was wearing one). I’m also going to order some tags with my details on. I’m not going to lie I’m having a very large 🍷after today’s adventures 😂
