Oh, to be a groomers dog.

Atlas decided Mummy should work overtime tonight 💡 because disappearing in the long grass and subsequently falling into and getting wedged in a bog full of mud, sludge and slime was the perfect end to a lovely summer's day.
Straight home, and straight in the bath! 🫧

Also a gentle reminder to please not walk your dog in these temperatures, particularly prior to a grooming session. Whilst I do have A/C and it is lovely and cool within the grooming area ❄️, I will refuse service to any dog I have concerns over if they have been for a walk before their appointment. We all love this weather and want to enjoy it but your pet's health comes first and foremost.

Thank you so much to all my amazing customers for your beautiful, heartfelt comments, messages and wee minders over the past few days.
It means so much to myself and family to see such an outpouring of love and support and to know we are all kindred spirits when it comes to our beloved dogs.
My Shane is back home today 🌈, and takes pride of place on the mantel next to her sister, Fynn. Overseeing our other three girls, keeping them in check I'm sure 🪽

We have spent every evening since out in the Spring air with our girls after work. Reflecting, and remembering what may be lost, but never forgotten.

My girl's give me peace, hope, strength and love. I couldn't ask for more, and couldn't ask for more supportive client's. Thank you.

15 years of you.
15 years of devotion, pure joy, and totally utterly unconditional love.

I was 18 the day I brought you home and every decision, every house move, friendship, or life event was made possible knowing no matter what happened I had you there to share every day with.
The deep connection we share is impossible to convey, but I can say I love you with the most sincere and unwavering certainty.

You taught me patience, compassion, sensitivity and how to be vulnerable. You truely were the embodiment of an old soul. You showed nothing but total loyalty, and you did so with a smile and a showed us that everything can be solved with a long walk and a cuddle on the couch.

You've raised 4 sisters over the years, chased many balls, chewed many sticks, ran many miles and captured many hearts.

It pains us so much that your no longer with us here, but above all else we all want to say

Thank you Shane.
Thank you for blessing us with your soul, your companionship and your love.
You passed away the same way you came into my life, in my arms at home. Relaxing in the sunshine, all the while hearing me in your ear;
