🐾 IMPORTANT CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW REMINDER 🐾

Please remember that when you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you and your pet.

I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointments.

My policy is:

✨ 48 hours’ notice or more — no cancellation fee.

✨ Less than 48 hours’ notice — the full grooming fee will be charged.

✨ Missed appointments/no-shows — the full grooming fee will be charged.

✨ Repeated missed appointments may require full payment upfront before another appointment can be booked.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. The more notice I receive, the more chance I have of offering the appointment to another client.

These policies apply to all clients and all appointments so that I can be fair and consistent with everyone.

The dreaded "C" word is only 16 weeks away meaning most clinets will only have 2 , 3 or 4 appointments left until the holidays depending on your pets time scale of 8/6/4 weeks. So please book your next couple of appointments now to avoid disappointment and missing out on your pups and kittens Christmas spruce up!

My opening times will vary slightly for Christmas week.

Monday 21st December is for CATS ONLY 8am -6pm
Tuesday 22nd December 8am-6pm
Wednesday 23rd December 10am-4pm
Thursday 24th December 10am -4pm

She was hand stripped to help maintain her coat colour and the correct silky texture of her gorgeous coat .

Hand stripping is the traditional method of removing the soft fuzzy coat by hand rather than by cutting it with scissors or clippers. Its a very gentle but time consuming way of grooming ,but the results are well worth it
