👀 Sorry bit of a long read 👀
Time to get back on the horse, so to speak!! I have a confession to make…
For a short time a small part of me 🤏 fell out of love with my job 🫣 Yes I know it happens to us all, but Saddle fitting has always been more than a job to me, it’s something that I am deeply passionate about!! However it can be very demanding and it is near impossible to switch off from, on days off, as there are so many contact options available through social media etc. Yes there are benefits to being self employed but there are also draw backs and work family balance has to work effectively so you don’t burn out!
Turns out all I needed was a few days in the Welsh hills, with no signal, to realise that I hadn’t fallen out of love with my job, I just need the contact method for clients to book an appointment to change to get the business running smoothly again!! So here goes!!…

🟢 The Equigate App is the primary messaging and booking service!!! Massive thanks to everyone that has already downloaded and is using the App it makes life so much easier!!
🟢 Other messaging platforms will no longer be consistently monitored!!
The Equigate App is free! It is extremely easy to download and navigate, your reports come through it directly so you have them all in one safe place, plus you can use it as a diary for horse!!.. I have included a link below to get you started!!
Now I have caught up with referrals the diary is open to everyone again, so there’s chance to get on the books before it’s filled to capacity again! 😊
All messages have now been updated and replied to on the Equigate App and this will be the primary contact going forwards, many thanks for your understanding and I look forwards to catching up with everyone soon!!… ☺️

Couple of slight unavoidable adjustments moving forwards!!! I am back up to full booking again however there is too many platforms to effectively run the business, I need you all in one place ☺️
* Going forwards the Equigate App will be the primary contact platform!! (Link at the bottom of the page)
Unfortunately there has been a couple of missed messages as there are currently too many platforms to manage effectively.
* Specific saddles requested for visits and that are ordered in to trial at fittings will have delivery added onto the visit, this is unavoidable as I cannot continue to cover the cost of delivery, it means that after using fuel to get to you I am working at a loss before the fitting has even taken place
* With the rising fuel costs I will try and organise some zone days to avoid additional costs
* Unfortunately certain types of second hand saddles are getting harder to source, if it is in stock then I can supply it, if it’s not I can advise you on what to look for ( please be respectful with messages and phone calls, if you haven’t had a reply at 8pm on a Sunday night, sending me the same message on 5 other different platforms just slows the process down as there is more backlog to work through 🤔).
* I am having to spend far too much time chasing invoices, please pay them promptly to avoid the App sending automated reminders 😊
On a lighter note the sun is out, it’s nearly turnout time and summer is nearly here, enjoy it while it lasts xx

Back in the land of Social Media 😊😂
Just wanted to say a massive thank-you to everyone that has shown patience, understanding and support during my time out of the spot light 💡😂 your unwavering loyalty and messages have been very much appreciated 🥰😊
