What a scorching few days we’ve had 🥵
Keeping the rabbits cool in this heat has been non stop! Freezing and re-freezing bottles of water, refreshing water bowls/bottles just generally checking on them but I wouldn’t change it! Making sure they’re happy is my priority! They have air conditioning too, I think without that I’d have no hope!
It’s been a busy time here for boarders too, piggies and rabbits! Gwen has hopped off to her forever home where she will be bonded in the coming weeks! Excited for you Gwen!
Two of Junipers babies have also left for new pasture! Which has given me a couple of spaces! These have already been filled just like that! A bonded pair due to arrive this weekend, I’ll pop a picture of them below! Fern is also coming back unfortunately after 5 months of trying to bond things just haven’t improved! So she will be coming back to hopefully find a new forever home!
The amount of rabbits waiting to come in, it’s growing by the day! It’s so sad!
I do have Derek still looking for that perfect home! He’s such a friendly, sociable rabbit! He loves attention and treats of course! He plays with toys too, a treat ball and stacking cups are a firm fave!
