Before and after pics of gentle Oscar today at Hunts Hounds 🐶 Oscar is a regular to the Hunts Hounds family and he is always a pleasure to groom. He had a lovely short clip off all over but we kept his custom top knot and long gorgeous spaniel ears, we think he looks very cute and handsome! ❤️🐶

Before and after of lovely Fletcher who is a regular at Hunts Hounds 🐶 he’s not a lover of his front feet being touched but slowly he is getting used to it and this time round we were able to take a bit more off, hopefully leaving him a bit more comfortable and giving him a more even groom. It’s all about patience and time which we specialise in as we are are 1:1 salon and every dog is groomed at their own pace 🐶❤️ if you have a pup that needs that extra time and patience then please get in touch to book your next groom

Rita and Stella after their de-sheds today and you can see how much they needed it by the piles of hair behind them! Rough Collies have a beautiful, thick double coat, but all that gorgeous fur means they can shed A LOT! 😍

Regular deshedding at Hunts Hounds helps to remove the loose, dead undercoat before it ends up all over your home. It also helps to:

Rex after his regular full groom with us today at Hunts Hounds 🐶❤️

Frenchies may have a short, easy-care coat, but they still benefit from a good professional groom. Rex’s pamper included a thorough bath and gentle blow-dry, deshedding, and a careful clean around those adorable facial folds. 🛁✨

We take extra care with French Bulldogs, keeping them comfortable throughout their groom and paying particular attention to their wrinkles, paws, ears and skin. Their folds can easily trap moisture and dirt, so keeping them clean and dry is an important part of their routine.

And of course, Rex received plenty of love, patience and cuddles along the way! 🥰🐾

Willow came into Hunts Hounds looking a little overgrown, and after some gentle grooming, a lovely bath and plenty of TLC, she was transformed into this gorgeous little lady. 💕🐾

Mousse the Flat-Coated Retriever came in for a lovely freshen-up at Hunts Hounds today! 🖤🐾

Her beautiful glossy coat was given a thorough wash, blow-dry and de-shed to remove all that loose undercoat, followed by a tidy around her feathering, feet and furnishings to keep her looking neat while still maintaining that gorgeous natural Flat-Coat shape.

A little pampering, plenty of cuddles and a whole lot of fluff later… just look at this beautiful lady! 😍

Look at beautiful Molly posing after her regular groom at Hunts Hounds 🐶

She had a thorough bath and blow-dry, followed by a short clip off and tidy-up, while keeping her natural shape and beautiful feathering. Her ears were carefully groomed, feet and nails tidied, and her face finished neatly to show off those gorgeous eyes and of course we left her signature locks! We thought she needed a girlie top knot to finish off her look 🥰

Molly left looking fresh, fluffy, beautifully tidy and smelling amazing — ready for plenty of cuddles! 💕🐶

Our gorgeous regular Rosie is back for another pamper — and she certainly keeps us on our toes! 😂💗

Rosie is an absolute bundle of energy, but with lots of patience, gentle handling and plenty of reassurance, we work with her to make sure she has a positive grooming experience.
