So I have been adulting today when I haven't been fannying around with puppies and stuff 😊 Here's something you don't see every day...

We offer a fun, safe, and enriching environment for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Our experienced team works to the highest standards of care, welfare, and professionalism. We can be chaotic, always have fun and we make sure we laugh every day.

The Role – Day Care Assistant 🫵

This is a part time, temporary position covering maternity leave, however it does have potential to convert to permanent employment in the future. Additional hours may be available as required by the business. You’ll be supporting our team in the day-to-day care and supervision of dogs, along with general building maintenance.

25 hours per week Monday – Friday
National Minimum Wage applies

Key Responsibilities 😎

🐾Assisting with the supervision and care of dogs of all breeds and sizes
🐾Supporting routines, walking, and enrichment activities
🐾Observing dog behaviour and reporting concerns to senior staff
🐾Assisting with cleaning and maintaining the day care environment

What We’re Looking For 🧐

🤩Someone who can do all the above on the coldest and wettest of cold and wet days as well as the heat of summer
🤩A person who isn’t frightened by 25,000 steps a day
🤩A genuine love of dogs and a willingness to learn
🤩Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
🤩Ability to follow guidance and work as part of a team
🤩No prior experience required but you must be confident about handling all sizes of dogs

So basically: if you’re passionate about dogs, like cleaning, can cope with the cold, being wet, don’t mind being mucky, are good with poo, urine and vomit, are happy to be on your feet all day and are excited to gain experience working with dogs, we’d love to hear from you 💩🤢🥾🐶☀️🌦️🌧️❄️🌬️☔️🍪🍕🍦

Everyone who attended daycare in the two weeks before Christmas has been added to the draw which will be done this afternoon. You know we love a puppy to help out and Moose is the chosen one. Not sure how it will go 😂 but we’ll do it live about 2.30, even tho you’re all at work and will have to catch up, because that’s how we roll 😜
