Many of you have been asking us, “When are you going to restock your non-tame Green Cheek Conures?” Well, today, we have some exciting news for you!

We now have two beautiful, young, semi-tame Green Cheek Conures available at Birds4U Birmingham!

As you can see in this video, both birds are already quite settled, comfortable in their surroundings, and interacting really well. They are full of character, curious, and showing some lovely social behaviour.

Based on our experience, we believe these conures have great potential for further training and bonding. For someone who already has bird-keeping experience and understands how to build trust with a bird, these could be a fantastic choice. With patience, consistency, gentle handling, and a positive approach, an experienced bird owner may be able to make excellent progress with them within a few days.

Now, let’s talk about why some people specifically prefer non-hand-reared or semi-tame conures.

As many of you know, we often have hand-reared conures available, and they are a popular choice for customers who want a bird that is already familiar with human interaction. Today, we're talking about one of the sweetest and most popular pet birds — the beautiful Cockatiel!
