People always wonder what are the most important skills to teach your dog, well I’m here to let you know! 😂🐾

I’m counting down the 10 skills I’d prioritise to make life with your dog easier and just more enjoyable.

Some are obvious. Others deserve far more credit than they get.

Watch before you answer: what’s the one things your dog needs to learn ? 👀💚

Rain… does your dog like it? ☔️

Rolo the Spaniel LOVES water and is just as happy playing in the rain as he is when it’s dry! As you can see today🤣 📸

Compare him to Chester the Vizsla, who must be made of sugar and melt in the rain, because he refuses to put even one toe outside!*🤣

What about your dog? Are they a Rolo or a Chester when the rain starts? 👀👀👀 * Chester protests to going outside when it rains but then absolutely loves it once he is outside, dog logic. 🥲

Small Medium Playtime ✨🌳

Welcoming
💙 Bagel
💙 Cooper
🩷 Nell
🩷Skye
🩷 Luna

Lots of newbies joining us today ! And they did so well 💪💕
From Bagel choosing to join in the Cruella wrestling, Skye and Luna having a good old blast about, Nell meeting our Big Bazza chihuahua and Cooper saying hi to everyone 💚
An excellent session had by all ! 🐶🐾
Now remember Puppy Playschool is starting next week and will be the session after small/medium so if your Pup is too small, too young or too small & shy for small/ medium this will be the place for you !

Not sure DM us, Check the website or call us at the office, we are always happy to point you in the right direction

In 2 weeks On-Lead Socials starts so this is a perfect opportunity for those who have previously missed out at Playtimes and this is aimed at our over enthusiastic or super shy Dogs
💚 This is a Mixed Breed session 💚

Large Breed Big Personalities Playtime ✨🌳

We love this group so much 💚 everyone is such a team player and always looks out for each other 💪

The dogs were in fine form today with maybe some extra zoomies to go about 🐾⚡
Back in Splash & Dash minus the water 💦 so they definitely took the Dash part seriously 😅

But with Pup Cups to be had to finish off the session it was unsurprising to see some cheeky faces wanting to be first in line ...looking at you Goldie Girls 👀👀

Let’s meet… Bruno and Bonnie! ❤️Bonnie, aka the Queen of the biggest, most expressive ears we’ve ever seen! 🤣 And Bruno?...

Bonnie, aka the Queen of the biggest, most expressive ears we’ve ever seen! 🤣 And Bruno? Well, just look at that smile! 😍

Samoyds- There is so much more to these beautiful dogs than you realise! Did you know…..❄️ Bred in Siberia to herd reindeer and pull sledges.

😁 The ‘Sammy smile’ comes from their naturally upturned mouths.

🤍 Affectionate people dogs who can struggle when left alone 😢

🧠 Clever, independent and a little mischievous, so reward based training is key.

🏃 Working dogs with huge stamina. Recall can be tricky so secure fields are perfect for them.

🗣️ Very vocal, with plenty of barks, howls and ‘chats.’

🪮 That double coat needs regular brushing and sheds heavily.

❤️ Typical lifespan: 12 to 14 years.

Do you have a Samoyd? 👇 Photo credit from 📸 - what a beautiful pic!
