🐾 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE 🐾

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and missed dog grooming appointments, I’m having to make a change to my booking policy.

Going forward, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your dog’s grooming appointment.

I understand that sometimes things happen and plans can change. However, last-minute cancellations leave appointment slots that I’m often unable to refill, which has a real impact on my business.

50% deposit = appointment secured
The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. This change helps me protect my time and ensure my appointments are available for clients who genuinely need them. 🖤

Thank you for supporting me and my business! 🐾

Little kitten Tyrone’s first appointment for nail trimming and a De-shed appointment for his big brother Terry 🐾

It’s really important to introduce grooming to kittens as it allows them time to get accustomed to the environment and allows them to get comfortable with the process.

I have cat appointments available just drop me a message.

A couple messages asking if we’re open this week - open as usual.

The salon is fully suited for this weather and we have AC so please don’t worry, I think I’ll actually be staying down there myself 🥶🥶🥶🥶

Photo for attention of Gonzo telling you he’s nice and cool 🥰
