Dear all, just trying to prevent an accident. Road closure signs have appeared on Spring Lane this afternoon (in the middle of the road in both directions) please drive carefully, especially if coming from the Baildon side as the sign is just around the corner near Huntsmans cottage. Apparently the road will be closed on 25th February 9.30-3.30 (open reach)

Road closure 12,13,14th February

Dear all, just to let you know I have spoken to Yorkshire Water who are closing a portion of Spring Lane (see map) for a maximum of three days. This is to enable waterworks at Meadowsweet Farm. Yorkshire Water have told me we can access the Springs from Otley Road/Eldwick side but access will NOT be available from the Glovershaw / Baildon Moor side. If this causes any difficulties with regards to dropping off or picking up your furry friends please feel free to ring us (01274 568049) to discuss, many thanks Ros

Update: March 2nd 2023, Pepsi has found herself a perrrfect new home, she moves in this afternoon! Thank you to everyone who offered Pepsi a home. If you are still looking for your perrrfect house mate Keighley Cat Care and Allerton Cat rescue have lots of furry friends looking for their forever homes too.

Dear all, please meet Pepsi, through no fault of her own Pepsi is looking for a new home. She is mainly a house cat, 10 years old and is quite nervous until she gets to know you. She would love a cozy home with no other animals or children as she likes peace and quiet and an uninterrupted snooze in the afternoon! She has been loved and well cared for, is fully vaccinated, flead and wormed and has no known health conditions. The Government has announced that microchipping is set to become a legal requirement for cats, with penalties of up to £500 for those who fail to comply. Although no deadline date has been issued as yet, we are urging all cat owners to not leave microchipping their pet to the last minute. This is vital for helping to reunite with their owners should they unfortunately be in an accident or stray too far from home. Microchipping can be performed in the consult room so why not book your cat in with one of our lovely nurses! Give us a call to arrange.
