Great visit from Rachel Burton Equine Physio 💛

Zeus and Evie have both built strength in the areas I’ve been working on - Backed up by saddle checks from 💪🏻

Simple stretches, consistent but varied work - predominantly hacking - yes you can still school while hacking on the hard ground - it doesn’t have to be fast to be targeted!

Zeus also had electromagnetic pulse therapy to get deeper into muscles and ease expected work tension.

Days like these are little gems when the owner hears first hand from other professionals that you care for their animals like they are your own! 🥰

Huge thank you to everyone who helps keep our horses, and us, in tip top condition 😇

When you’re a dog walker for a living and go on holiday, you’ve gotta say goodbye to not just your own pooch, but all the others that are part of the family now! 😭 😭 I’ll miss all my fur babies see you in a week! 🫶🏻 🐶

What a fantastic image to re focus ourselves!

To be applied inside and outside the boards!

I remember my first ever dressage test as I was warming up I thought to myself why do I feel like I’m the only one here? When there’s loads of riders around me?

Because I wasn’t there for a ribbon.

I was there with my team mate, going to the ball to have a dance together.

I’m not ashamed to admit I cried as I left the arena.

Because the little girl in me didn’t ever imagine she would own a horse.

Aren’t we lucky to live this life 🫶🏻💜🦄
