Just a few things to remind everyone ☺️
🐶I’m fully booked up for about 4 weeks so please make sure you’re getting your next grooms booked in.
🐶 If you need to change your appointment please be aware you might have to wait a few weeks unless I get a cancellation.
🐶 If you cancel your appointment on the day or don’t show you will have to pay the full amount for the groom you have missed. Due to being self employed I don’t get paid if you don’t show and cancellations on the day are hard to fill.
🐶 Please be aware if I don’t reply straight away or able to call back, it’s only because I’m grooming and want to make sure the dog I have in the bath or on the table has my full attention. I promise to get back to you as soon as I can.
🐶 Thank you to all my owners and their amazing doggies for keeping me so busy and being amazing customers 🥰
