A Poem - Blackberries.

Beautiful blackberries are so sweet,
They make a wonderful tasty treat.
In the bramble patch they can be found,
Dark shiny jewels plump and round.
The prickly thorns can scratch,
Take great care in the bramble patch.
My humans pick the blackberries for me,
I know I am as lucky as can be.
They love sweet blackberries for their tea,
So the ones they pick are not all for me.
I have to share but I don't mind,
As they are loving and so kind.
We also share the bounty with all,
Plenty is left for wildlife that may call.
