🐾 IMPORTANT UPDATE — SNIP DOGGY DOG IS COMING HOME! 🐾❤️

It’s been a long, hard road and there have definitely been times when I wondered if I’d ever be able to say this… but I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! 🥹✨

All being well, Snip Doggy Dog will be BACK OPEN at my lovely home salon in Azalea Croft, Beverley from Friday! 🎉🐶

Friday is already fully booked (which honestly means the absolute world to me ❤️), but I do have availability from the following week onwards.

I have a massive list of customers who I’ll be contacting to get booked back in — especially those who sadly couldn’t follow me over to Hull. I’ve missed you and your gorgeous dogs so much! 🥰🐾

📲 If you’re one of my existing customers and you see this post, please send me a message with your preferred date and time, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I possibly can to get you booked in.

A little important change to my opening times:

🗓️ I will no longer be working weekends or bank holidays, in line with my planning conditions.

I’ll also be sending out a new disclaimer/updated terms prior to everyone’s appointments, so please keep an eye out for that.

After everything that’s happened, I honestly cannot put into words how excited I am to be welcoming you all and your beautiful pooches back through the door. 🥹❤️

Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet — the stress of everything this year has finally caught up with me and knocked me off my feet. I’ve been really poorly for about a week, which is exactly what I needed after all the chaos… 🙃 Thank you so much to everyone I had to reschedule, your patience and kindness mean the world.

I’ve also had to shuffle tomorrow’s appointments because of this ridiculous heat. This won’t be an issue once I’m back in my lovely air‑conned pod.

I still don’t have a definite reopening date, but the work that needs doing is starting in the first week of September, so we’re finally moving forward. I cannot WAIT to welcome you all back through those doors again.

I do have appointments available next week, so if your pooch is looking a bit… summer feral, give me a shout.

Hope everyone is surviving and keeping safe in this heat. Felipe certainly is — he’s currently living his best life keeping cool on his favourite chair like the tiny king he is 👑💛

Me and Felipe have felt like local celebrities on our walks lately… the congratulations have been endless and so encouraging! I still haven’t got my official start date yet, but I’m hoping to have it by the end of this week 🤞

✨ I’ve been dying to write this post… it’s finally over! ✨

After nearly a full year of stress & uncertainty, I can finally breathe — my planning permission has been APPROVED! 🎉

Yes, the council have officially said: “Go on then Rosie… have your salon back. You’ve survived enough drama.”

So I’ll be heading back to Beverley to my cosy little salon where I belong. I cannot WAIT to welcome you all back !

And just to add to the madness — we actually found out the day before Snip Doggy Dog’s 1‑year anniversary, which me, Max and Felipe celebrated in the Yorkshire Dales. Nothing like kicking off an anniversary trip with a bit of council chaos. Some people get champagne… I got planning permission. I’m calling that a win.

Now for the fun part: I don’t have a start date yet, because there’s work being carried out in the salon before I can move back in. Apparently the universe said, “Let’s give her one last mystery timeline for old times’ sake.” But as soon as I have a confirmed opening date, I’ll be messaging everyone individually — promise!
