Hi everyone! Hope you’re all looking forward to the weekend ☺️

After having a bit of a clear up in the salon, these products are for sale for any of you that may be interested:

🌟 Ancol Hi-Vis Blinkers - Ideal for these dark nights to ensure your dog can always be seen, can be clipped onto the collar or lead of your dog.
- £4 each - 2 GREEN, 2 ORANGE LEFT

🌟 Ancol Aluminium Combs - I know you’re all very good at brushing your dogs, however combs are equally if not more important as the teeth can get right to the skin, enabling any tangles to be found that a brush may glide over.
- £5 each

🌟 Showpride White Musk Perfume (100ml) - This smells just like The Body Shop White Musk, it is a beautiful scent to give your dog an extra little freshen up between grooms.

Hi everyone!

Unfortunately, I’ve had 5 no-shows this week! This means I’ve had to take a £200 loss, and while I will always try and rebook your dog as soon as I can, I am incredibly busy and this may not be (and sometimes has not been!) possible before their next appointment, meaning not only do I lose out on payment for your missed appointment, your dog is going longer than usual between grooms and may feel quite uncomfortable.

I do understand life gets very busy for all of you, I know I’ve also made mistakes myself with appointments in the past and have been lenient with my cancellation policy due to this, however going forward I will now ask everybody to cover the cost of any missed grooms aswell as paying for the rebooked appointment also.

Can I please ask all of you to check your dogs’ appointments for the rest of the year:

- Have you written them down?
- Have you written them on the correct day?
- Have you written the correct time?

If you haven’t written them down, or you are unsure when they are, please check over any messages I have sent you with the appointment dates on. If we have made appointments in person and you’re unsure when they are, please feel free to drop me a message, I’ll happily send them through for you, or if you want to triple check you have the right dates, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Finally, if you need to change any you have in the future, please let me know with as much notice as possible ☺️

Thankyou all for being such lovely customers and friends for yet another year, your continued loyalty really means everything to me along with your beautiful dogs who always know how to make me smile 🥰

After a very long 2 years, my Brucey boy is back! 🤗😍 He’s had a few heath issues since he was last in so it really was amazing seeing him run through the door with such a happy face, and WOW did he lose some hair! 😂

🌟New cancellation policy 🌟

Hi everyone!

I’d like to start by saying how much I appreciate all of you as customers and friends, without you and your lovely dogs I have no business!

However, I have started to see a huge increase in very last minute cancellations. While I am pleased we’re all able to have a bit more freedom and book those spontaneous holidays, please bear in mind the effect it has financially for me. I will always understand if appointments need to be altered, or cancelled, however at such short notice (late the night before, or the same day) it leaves me no time to fill the appointment and ultimately I am losing money each time this happens.

I have also had quite a few customers forgetting appointments and not turning up at all. Please ALWAYS write your appointment down. I have over 100 customers on my books, and however much I adore each and every one of your dogs, unfortunately it is impossible for me to get in touch with every one of you to remind you when your dog is due. Please feel free to message me as much as you need for a reminder, but I won’t get in touch with you to remind you.

Due to this, I’m afraid I’m having to implement a 48 hour cancellation policy with immediate effect:

🌟 If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you have up to 48 hours before to do so. If it is less than 48 hours before your appointment, unfortunately I will need to ask for 100% of the cost of the groom before I can rebook you. If you do not show for your appointment, you will also be charged before any further bookings can be made 🌟

One last note - Please always be conscious when booking your appointments that it does not clash with any booked holidays, days out, or a time where it might be difficult for you to get back on time to collect your dog.

Again, I will always understand that things can happen unexpectedly and that are beyond your control, so please always talk to me.

A massive thankyou to my beautiful friend Kelly who owns KLS Pet Care for looking after our main man Noah at my sister’s wedding!

She did an absolutely amazing job being Noah’s personal chauffeur, bringing him to the church, sitting with him through the ceremony, sacrificing her own coat to keep him dry and camera ready, not to mention the numerous trips up and down to check on him, keeping him fed and watered, giving him the best walks and most importantly being there for cuddles 🤗

I can’t recommend her highly enough, and if anyone is looking for an extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate dog walker/sitter/general fairy dog mother, she is your girl - especially now we’re able to enjoy some holidaying again!
